Prize draw organiser<\/h2>

The prize draw is organised by Widlab ltd.<\/a>, \u0160tihova ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Organiser).<\/p>

Duration of the prize draw<\/h2>

The competition runs from 15.4.2022 to 29.4.2022 and is available on the Facebook profile Hempethica<\/a> and Instagram profile hempethica<\/a>.<\/p>

Purpose of the prize draw<\/h2>

The purpose of the prize draw is to promote Widlab d.o.o. products marketed under the Hempethica trademark.<\/p>

In the prize draw, individuals are entered into a draw for a total of 8 prizes (4 main prizes and 4 other prizes), which will be presented below. 4 prizes (2 main prizes and 2 other prizes) will be awarded to each of the winners who participate on Facebook and 4 prizes (2 main prizes and 2 other prizes) will be awarded to each of the winners who participate on Instagram.<\/p>

How to enter the prize draw<\/h2>

Purchase is not a condition of participation. The prize draw is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in the Republic of Slovenia. One person may participate once.<\/p>

Facebook<\/h3>

Entrants must be aware of and agree to all the rules of the Sweepstakes as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the prize draw, the entrant is deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions and rules relating to the prize draw. Participation in the prize draw is possible on the Hempethica Facebook profile by:<\/p>

  • begin to follow the pages of Hempethica,<\/li>
  • like the sweepstakes post; and<\/li>
  • comment on the sweepstakes post.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed by, or in any way affiliated with Facebook.<\/p>

    Instagram<\/h3>

    Anyone who comments on the Instagram post about the prize draw is entered into the prize draw.<\/p>

    Entrants must be aware of and agree to all the rules of the Sweepstakes as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the prize draw, the entrant is deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions and rules relating to the prize draw.<\/p>

    To enter the prize draw on Hempethica's Instagram profile, the participant must follow Hempethica's profile, like the prize draw post and tag a friend who they think would be interested in Hempethica products in the prize draw comment.<\/p>

    The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed by, or in any way affiliated with Instagram.<\/p>

    Winner draw, prize fund and prize handover<\/h2>

    The draw will take place on 30 April 2022, in the afternoon. The prize will be awarded to 8 winners. The grand prize is a Hempethica promo pack, a Hempethica T-shirt and Hempethica hemp drops of the winner's choice. The other prizes are one Hempethica T-shirt each. If the drawers do not decide within seven working days which drops they would like to receive, the organiser chooses them. The value of the grand prize and other prizes does not exceed the income earned (tax base) in accordance with Article 108 of the Income Tax Act, therefore the organiser of the competition does not calculate and pay income tax at the rate of 25% in accordance with Article 131 of the Income Tax Act and Article 321 of the Tax Procedure Act.<\/p>

    Winners will be selected at random and will be announced in the comments section of the prize draw announcement no later than 1 May 2022 by the end of the day. The winners drawn in the prize draw, who are awarded a prize by the Organiser, expressly authorise the public publication of their personal data (first and last name) under the prize draw posts on the Hempethica Facebook profile and the hempethica Instagram profile in order to inform them of the results of the prize draw. Winners will be asked to provide the organiser with their address, e-mail, tax number and telephone number. The prize is collected by sending the prize via GLS to the address provided by the winner. If the winner does not reply within 7 days of the call and does not provide information on the collection of the prize, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner.<\/p>

    General information about the prizes and the winners<\/h2>

    The results are final. There is no right of appeal. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Prizes cannot be transferred to a third party. The prize draw organiser reserves the right not to award a prize if it is found that the user has participated in the prize draw in breach of the rules of the prize draw. The manufacturer is responsible for the quality and characteristics of the prizes.<\/p>

    Complaints handling<\/h2>

    Any disputes arising out of the prize draw which cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ljubljana Court of Justice.<\/p>

    Final provisions<\/h2>

    The rules of the prize draw will come into force on 15.4.2022. For the duration of the prize draw, the rules are available on the website www.wpdev.tastro.eu\/si\/pravila-nagradnih-iger-hempethica. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) in no way sponsors, endorses, administers or is affiliated with this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for its operation. The Promoter reserves the right to change the rules.<\/p>
