Do pomanjkanja koncentracije pride tudi zaradi prevelike koli\u010dine snovi, ki jo je potrebno predelati. Pri iskanju re\u0161itev se odpira veliko dodatnih vpra\u0161anj. Te snov zanima? Ima\u0161 te\u017eave s koncentracijo ali z organiziranjem \u010dasa za u\u010denje? Ima\u0161 te\u017eave s koncentracijo, ker se ti \u017ee vnaprej zdi, da se snovi ne bo\u0161 uspel nau\u010diti? Torej, ali te dejansko mu\u010di tesnoba\/anksioznost pred izpitno situacijo?<\/p><p>Ali se lahko sami pripravimo do tega, da bi lahko potrebno snov osvojili hitro in kvalitetno? Kadar je gradiva veliko, nam le to lahko zni\u017ea motivacijo. Manj\u0161a motivacija podalj\u0161a \u010das, ki ga potrebujemo, da osvojimo dolo\u010deno snov. To so faktorji, zaradi katerih nenadzorovano pride do pomanjkanja \u010dasa in na katere nimamo vpliva. Na\u010drtovanje u\u010denja in postavljanje ciljev je \u0161e posebej priporo\u010dljivo na\u010drtovanje odmorov. To je \u0161e posebej pomembno pri osebah, ki imajo problem s koncentracijo. Nekatere raziskave so pokazale, da na\u0161e telo deluje najbolj efektivno prvih 20 minut od za\u010detka predavanja, obenem naj skupno trajanje posameznega sklopa ne bo dalj\u0161e od 45 minut, v skrajnih primerih 60 minut. Po tem \u010dasu je priporo\u010dljiv odmor, ki naj traja vsaj 5-10 minut.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-318977d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"318977d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Mote\u010di dejavniki<\/h3><p>Vse, kar ne spada k postopku u\u010denja, so mote\u010di dejavniki. V kolikor imamo tekom postopka u\u010denja pri sebi telefon, igra\u010de, razne pija\u010de\u2026 vse to nas podzavestno odvra\u010da od postopka u\u010denja, vpliva na zbranost in hitrost pomnjenja snovi. Vse mote\u010de dejavnike je potrebno odstraniti iz procesa u\u010denja. V kolikor \u017eelimo dolo\u010deno snov osvojiti hitro in kvalitetno, je smiselno odstraniti vse mote\u010de dejavnike.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43ffd21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43ffd21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Rutina<\/h3><p>Pri te\u017eavah s koncentracijo se priporo\u010da rutina. To je izraz za nek ponavljajo\u010d dogodek. U\u010dimo se vedno ob istem \u010dasu v istem prostoru. Nekaterim za pripravo na u\u010denje pomaga, da si pripravijo knjige, pisala, zvezke oz. papir in se tako nekako \u02ddumestijo\u02dd v u\u010dno situacijo. Nekaterim pri tem pomaga tiha glasba, ki se priporo\u010da predvsem pri dejavnostih re\u0161evanja nalog (npr. matematika), drugi pa za u\u010denje potrebujejo popolno ti\u0161ino (uporabi\u0161 lahko \u010depke za u\u0161esa).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa89cc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa89cc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Pomaganje z razli\u010dnimi tehnikami organizacije gradiva<\/h3><p>Med tehnike organizacije gradiva spada sprotna priprava povzetkov in zapiskov, risanje miselnih vzorcev, glasno branje besedila, diskusija s prijatelji in somi\u0161ljeniki, priprava tabel, razmi\u0161ljanje o snovi in njena uporaba v vsakodnevnem \u017eivljenju, itd.<\/p><p>Vsaka tehnika organizacije gradiva nam lahko pomaga pri pomnjenju. Nekaterim ljudem bolj pomaga priprava povzetkov in zapiskov. Te osebe so obi\u010dajno vizualni tipi. Glasno branje besedila in poslu\u0161anje glasbe tekom pomnjenja je zna\u010dilna predvsem za slu\u0161ne tipe. Za \u010dustvene tipe ljudi pa je zna\u010dilno, da se radi o snovi pogovarjajo s svojimi somi\u0161ljeniki.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ddf59f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ddf59f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Vaje za koncentracijo<\/h3><p>Vaje za koncentracijo nam pomagajo umiriti se pred za\u010detkom u\u010denja. Te vaje so pomembne predvsem pri osebah, ki imajo resne te\u017eave s koncentracijo. Obstaja ve\u010d vaj, s katerimi si lahko pomagamo.<\/p><p>Sprostitev, udobna namestitev in opazovanje nekega predmeta ali dolo\u010dene to\u010dke na steni, nam lahko pomaga pri koncentraciji. Zelo zanimiva in dobra vaje je sti\u0161anje radia na minimum in ob tem \u0161e vedno poskusiti razumeti vse besede, ki jih povejo. Vaja aktivnega poslu\u0161anja nam prav tako lahko pomaga pri pove\u010danju koncetracije. Med pogovorom s sogovornikom ne razmi\u0161ljamo o \u010dem na\u0161 sogovornik govori. Skoncentriramo se zgolj na sogovornika, opazujemo njegov obraz in kretnje, ton in barvo glasu ter ob teh posku\u0161amo dognati kako se sogovornik po\u010duti. Iz tega nato samodejno poskusimo ugotoviti o \u010dem je govoril in le to med seboj pove\u017eemo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63e57fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63e57fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Preboj in sprememba<\/h3><p>Na spletu obstaja cel kup iger, v knji\u017enicah pa obstajajo kar cele knjige z vajami, za izbolj\u0161anje spomina. Ponavadi gre za vaje, pri katerih je potrebno iskati podobnosti med liki, odkrivati zanimiva zaporedja itd. Med tak\u0161ne igre zagotovo sodita sudoku in re\u0161evanje kri\u017eank, med ra\u010dunalni\u0161kimi igrami pa to nalogo zelo dobro opravlja tetris. V kolikor bomo med odmorom nekaj \u010dasa namenili tem igram, se bo na\u0161a koncentracija zagotovo pove\u010dala tudi tekom u\u010denja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a79df8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a79df8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Vsak nov dan nekaj novega<\/h3><p>V kolikor \u017eelimo imeti svoje mo\u017egane v dobri formi, potem je vsekakor potrebno na\u0161e mo\u017egane dobro natrenirati. To lahko storimo tako, da jih vsak dan nekaj novega nau\u010dimo. Bistvo pri tem je, da spremenimo rutino, s \u010dimer mo\u017egane prisilimo, da pri\u010dnejo razmi\u0161ljati druga\u010de. Na\u0161i mo\u017egani so sredi\u0161\u010de \u017eiv\u010devja in so najkompleksnej\u0161i organ. Mo\u017eganska skorja, ki je najve\u010dji del mo\u017eganov, pri povpre\u010dnem \u010dloveku \u0161teje od 15 do 33 milijard nevronov. Vsak se s sinapsami povezuje z ve\u010d tiso\u010d drugimi nevroni. Vedenje dolo\u010da mo\u017eganska aktivnost, zato spremembe vedenja izhajajo iz sprememb v mo\u017eganih. Teoretiki so \u017ee od Cajalovega obdobja trdili, da sta u\u010denje in spomin posledica sprememb sinapti\u010dnih povezav. Do leta 1970 je teoriji o sinapti\u010dni plasti\u010dnosti manjkal eksperimentalni dokaz. Leta 1971 sta Tim Bliss in Terje L\u00f8mo objavila \u010dlanek o pojavu, ki ga danes imenujejo dolgoro\u010dna potenciacija. \u010clanek je prina\u0161al jasen dokaz o sinapti\u010dnih spremembah, ki so se zgodile zaradi aktivnosti nevronov in so trajale vsaj nekaj dni. Odkar je tehni\u010dni napredek olaj\u0161al eksperimentalno delo, so izvedli ve\u010d tiso\u010d \u0161tudij, da bi razjasnili mehanizem sinapti\u010dnih spremb in razkrili druge tipe z aktivnostjo induciranih sinapti\u010dnih sprememb v razli\u010dnih mo\u017eganskih podro\u010djih, vklju\u010dno z mo\u017egansko skorjo, hipokampusom, bazalnimi gangliji in malimi mo\u017egani.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bf040c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8bf040c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Kako si lahko pomagamo?<\/h3><p>V na\u0161em podjetju veliko \u010dasa namenimo raziskavam na podro\u010dju zdravilnih rastlin, predvsem konoplje in njenih ekstraktov.
